Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of Bisquick or (1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup of flour)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth (approximately 1 minute in the blender). Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes). To bake faster, put them in a muffin tin.
