Borsch

Pork steak, cubed and browned

1 onion chopped

3 cups water

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed

3 potatoes peeled and cubed

4 carrots peeled and cubed

1 head of cabbage, sliced

1 can of beets, chopped into small pieces

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

sour cream

Simmer all ingredients, except sour cream, until veggies are cooked. Serve with sour cream.
