Fat Free Cornbread

1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup applesauce

1 cup milk

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center. In another small bowl, mix together eggs, applesauce, and milk.  Add to dry ingredients.  Put in the oven at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Check at 20 minutes.
