Feather Rolls

2 packages, dry yeast

1 teaspoons sugar

Beat with mixer, and let stand 20 min.

Add:

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

4 teaspoon butter

1 cup warm milk

4 1/2 cups flour

Beat with mixer then knead in enough flour to make a soft dough.  Put in greased bowl.  Let rise.

Make into rolls, let rise again and bake at 350.
