Snow Ice Cream

It must be a snowy day to make this treat!

Gather a large bowl of fresh snow.

In another bowl, combine:

2 eggs (beaten)

1/2 cup sugar

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup milk

Pour over snow, like a snow cone, and eat immediately.

We used to eat this whenever it snowed when I was young.  In Missouri that wasn’t that often, so it was very exciting.  My job was to collect the snow.  I was always careful to get the best snow from an untouched area, and to always at all cost avoid yellow snow.– Portia
