Well, I have been taking credit for this dessert. I have made it many times, and a lot of people ask me for the recipe. They call it Portia’s Sopapilla Cheese Cake. The truth is that I got the recipe from Beverly Rose. She is David’s Co-Worker. It is so good to get that off of my chest. Sorry Beverly, I just wish it were mine.

Ingredients
- 3 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Blend cream cheeses, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and vanilla. Layer in a 9×13 pan, crescent roll, cream cheese mixture, and then 2nd can of crescent roll.
Melt butter and drizzle over layers. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons cinnamon over top.
Bake 30-45 minutes in a 350° oven.
