Microwave Cherry Crisp

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

2/3 cup quick cooking oatmeal

1/3 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup butter or margarine

Vanilla ice cream or cool whip

Spoon filling into greased 9” pie plate.  In a bowl combine brown sugar, oats and flour, cut in butter till crumbly, sprinkle over filling.  Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes.  Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip as desired.

I add a little more to oats, flour sugar and butter so I can put a layer on bottom of the pie plate, and add some to the top. Nuts sprinkled on topping is good too. (Nancy)
