Apple Enchiladas

I think that this is David’s favorite dessert.  You can also make it with peaches instead of apples.  It is really good served with ice cream.



  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 fresh apples (peeled, pitted and cut into eight slices)
  • 2 sticks of margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz) can Mountain Dew


Place 1 apple slice in each triangle or crescent roll dough.  Roll up from large end to small.  Place all rolled up slices in a 9×13 pan.  In a small saucepan, melt margarine.  Mix with sugar and cinnamon.  Pour sugar mixture over enchiladas.  Pour Mountain Dew over all and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
