Apple Dessert

2 1/2 cup flour

1 tablespoon salt

1 cup lard

Cut the above like for pie crust

Add 1 egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3 cup.

Roll out 1/2 of the dough place it in a pan (cookie sheet)

Sprinkle 1 cup of corn flakes on dough.  Add 8-10 sliced apples, sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.  Roll the rest of the dough, place on top of apples.  Pinch edges.

Brush the top with 1 beaten egg white.  Bake a 400 about 1 hour.  Glaze with powdered sugar glaze.
