Spring Rolls

Pork or Chicken

Bean sprouts

Cucumber

Shrimp

Cilantro

Rice Noodles or White Rice

Favorite kind of dipping sauce

Spring Roll skin

Take meat and cut into strips and cook in oil.  Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices.  Cook the noodles or rice.  Have all ingredients ready before you soften your Spring Roll skin.  Use a dish that is big enough to have the whole Spring Roll skin lay down flat.  Fill dish with hot water.  As you are ready for each roll, place it in the water until soft.  Take it out and people can fill their roll with whatever ingredients they want.
