Ramen Noodle Salad

In a large bowl, mix:

  • head of lettuce
  • tomatoes diced
  • olives, 1 can
  • green onions, chopped

Crispy Noodle Directions

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter.  Crunch 1 package of ramen noodles (not cooked), add to butter.  Brown noodles, and be careful not to burn.

Ingredients for Dressing (mix well):

  • Ramen noodle packet
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup oil

Assembly Directions

Just before serving, add noodles to salad, and pour on dressing.  Toss and serve.
