Easy Caramel for Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 cups brown sugar

1 stick butter

Bring to boil and immediately remove from stove.  Makes enough for two 9X13 inch pans.

This caramel is sooo good and easy! I pour it on cinnamon rolls after they are baked. I have also substituted Butter Pecan Ice Cream and that is really good, too.
