Chocolate Sheath Cake

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 stick butter

1/2 cup oil

4 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup water

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, mix flour and sugar.

In a sauce pan, stir butter, oil, cocoa, and water. Bring to a rapid boil.

Pour boiling sauce into the large bowl with your dry ingredients.

Add buttermilk, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well, pour into greased 11 x 16 pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting

1 stick butter

4 tablespoons cocoa

6 tablespoons milk

1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Start 5 minutes before cake is done, in sauce pan put the butter, cocoa, and milk. Bring to a rapid boil and remove from heat. Pour over powdered sugar, and stir. Add vanilla. Place frosting on cake while still hot.
