Rolla Salad

Ingredients & Directions

In a large bowl…

Break up a head of lettuce

Cut up green onions

1 package of frozen peas (do not cook!)

1/2 head cauliflower, chopped

Toss, and then frost with 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.  Brown bacon and break it up.  Put on the top.  (Bacon is optional).

Cover bowl, and refrigerate over night.  Stir immediately before serving.
