Cookies & Candies Marie


These mints are very tasty.  We make them for bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, etc. 



  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 boxes (16 oz each) powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mint flavoring
  • food color as desired
  • granulated sugar

Blend cream cheese until smooth.  Add powdered sugar, mint flavoring and color.  Knead as pie dough.  Pinch a bit of dough and dip one side in granulated sugar (can also use powdered sugar).  Press into candy mold, until edges are even.  Unmold immediately on wax paper.  Keeps well, and may be frozen.  For chocolate mints, add 3 teaspoons cocoa.
