Pork Chops (Broiled)

These pork chops cook quickly, and everyone loves them.



  • pork chops (cut of your choice, thin works best)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt
  • paprika


Place the pork chops on a broiler pan, and sprinkle the seasonings on each chop.  (You may want to try spraying the broiler pan with cooking spray and adding water to the bottom pan to cut down on cleaning.) 

Broil on the first side for about 8 to 10 minutes, until sides are browned.  Turn each chop, and season as you did the other side. 

Return the broiler pan to the oven and broil for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the second sides are cooked.  (In an electric oven, the pan should be placed on the bottom rack.)
