Broccoli Chicken Quiche

Filling:

2 cans (5oz or 6 ¾ oz) chunk chicken drained

1 10oz package frozen chopped broccoli, drained

1 ½ cup cheese

1 cup milk

3 eggs

½ cup Bisquick

1/4 tsp season salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves

Topping: (Combine the following)

1/2c Bisquick

1/4c chopped nuts

1/4c grated parmesan cheese

1/8t garlic powder

Cut in 2T butter

Preheat oven to 400.  Layer the chicken, broccoli and cheese in a 9 inch pie plate.  Beat the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, but exclude the topping ingredients.  Pour mixture into pie plate.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Sprinkle with topping and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the quiche.
