Chile Egg Puff

10 eggs lightly beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1lb cottage cheese

½ cup flour with 1 tsp baking powder

1 small can chopped green chilies

Sprinkle 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350 oven for about 30 minutes.  Great served with Salads.  This can be made the night before.
