Jelly Pastries

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

You mix 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, two cups of flour and 1 1/2 cups of shredded coconut together.  Take about 3/4 of the mix and spread it over a cookie sheet.  Then heat it in the oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.  Then pull it back out and spread half a

jar of jelly (your choice) over the dough.  Then crumble the last quarter of dough you have and sprinkle it over the top of the jelly.  Then put it back in the oven for about another 10-15 minutes.
