Ginger Snaps

2/3 cup oil

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup molasses

2 1/4 cups flour

2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

In large bowl, combine oil and sugar; add egg.  Beat well.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Add flour to firm so you can shape into balls.  Roll in sugar.  Place on greased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.  Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.  I put about 1 tablespoon per cookie.  Large and delicious
