Salsa

4 ripe tomatoes (chopped fine)

4 cloves garlic (chipped)

1/2 cup chopped onion (green)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

1 dash of salt

1 dash of pepper

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 fresh jalapeno peppers (chopped finely)

Combine everything and mix until salsa turns into a chucky texture.  Let set in a cool area for about 4 hours.

I know the recipe says to let it set for 4 hours, but I am not sure that this fresh salsa has ever made it that long!!-Lydia
