Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Dip

1 quart mayo

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup jalapenos (canned, not fresh)

          use a little juice for desired consistency

1 cup green tomatillos (canned)

1/2 bunch cilantro

3 packs Original Hidden Valley Ranch Mix

Mix in a blender till smooth.  Makes 8 cups.

Chuy’s is Blake’s and my favorite tex-mex place in Austin.  We love it for many reasons, but if I had to pick one it would be the creamy jalapeño.
