Artichoke Dip (Hot)

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2/3 cup parmesan cheese and

1/4 cup parmesan cheese for top

1 teaspoon dill

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons dehydrated onion

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained




Chop artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients together.  Place in baking dish and top with ¼ cup parmesan cheese.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Serve with crackers or bread cubes.

Cook’s note:  You probably won’t have leftovers of this appetizer!
