Artichoke Dip (Hot)

  You probably won’t have leftovers of this appetizer!

Cook’s note

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese and
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for top
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Chop artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients together.  Place in baking dish and top with ¼ cup parmesan cheese.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Serve with crackers or bread cubes.
